From first email to live site in about a week.
No meetings, no project portals, no onboarding forms. Most of our clients never speak to us on the phone. Here is the whole thing from start to finish, and what we ask of you along the way.
We start with your Google listing.
You send us your business name or a link to your Google listing. That alone gives us opening hours, reviews, photos, location, and a sense of how your customers talk about you. It is usually enough to draft a full site.
We write and design the thing.
Copy, layout, colours, photos, pages. We handle the lot. It is made mobile‑first because that is how most of your customers will find you, and it is built to rank properly in local search.
You look at it. You tell us what to change.
We send you a private link. You read every word, check every page, and tell us what you’d like different. Small tweak or full rewrite, it is the same price. Nothing goes public until you give the nod.
We put it live on your own domain.
Yours, not ours. yourbusiness.co.uk, pointed at a properly hosted, secure site with SSL, SEO, and email forwarding all quietly doing their job in the background.
We keep it running.
Opening hours changed? New service to add? A typo that has been bothering you? Email us. Updates are part of what you pay for, not a surprise invoice.
A few things worth clearing up.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
Not a thing. If you know how to send an email, we can build you a website. Everything technical stays our problem.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. No contract, no minimum term, no exit fee. If it stops being useful, you tell us and it stops.
What if I already have a website?
Send us a link. We will tell you honestly whether it needs replacing or just a polish. Sometimes the right answer is leaving well alone.
How long does it actually take?
Most sites are live within a week of you saying yes. Some are faster. None take longer than a fortnight unless you want them to.
Do I own the site?
The domain is always in your name. If you ever leave, you leave with it. We think that is fair.
Will you add new pages later?
Yes, within reason. Adding a services page, a seasonal notice, or a set of photos is the kind of thing we do for nothing.
